Why Keep exists
The best parts of a childhood year are not always visible in a photo.
Keep is a high-touch storytelling service for families who want more than an archive and less than another project. We help turn a child's first year into a finished digital story that feels true to the people who lived it.
Parents share the raw material over time: photos, videos, words, voice notes, screenshots, and notes about the physical things they want to remember. Keep occasionally asks the kind of timely question that preserves meaning before it fades.
That is the difference. A parent might say, “I think Charlotte will be a marine biologist.” Keep does not invent the conclusion. We use that reflection to connect the moments a parent has shared—the water fascination, the careful observation, the photos and videos that show why it feels true—and make the chapter.
At the end of Year One, the family receives the finished digital story, approves or corrects it, and can choose an optional physical keepsake. The family offers the truth. Keep finds the proof and makes the story.
You live the year. Keep returns it to you as a story.
No full-library scan. No DIY scrapbooking. No expectation that you will construct the finished thing yourself.
